Did not sign lease and have moved out
I have never signed my lease for a house I stayed in for 5 months with three other roommates. I have notified my roommates and landlord at the end of December and paid my rent for january even though I moved out already. Now my roommates are calling me and wanting Febuary's rent because they have not been able to find a replacement. Am I still responsible?

I'm not an attorney, so double check this info on the state website, but when you're month to month with nothing in writing, all you need is a 30 day notice. If you gave a 30 day notice, which I assume you did since you paid for January, you should be fine.

No lease no agreement. It is pretty cut and dry.

I agree with others, you are off the hook with the landlord. However, if you agreed to split the rent with the roomates for the entire term of the lease then I would think they have a good case in small claims court.
