I searched and didn't see many topics regarding upper end neighborhoods in Little Elm. The wife and I drove around this weekend in Little Elm, specifically the neighborhoods around Sunrise Bay and Lakewood Village.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this area? I commute into north Dallas for work, but the new toll bridge to I-35 looks like it could be a workable commute early in the AM.

How are the schools in Little Elm? Is the community up and coming, or will it remain a lower-end demographic? Eldorado turns into Garza and is 4 lanes (2 & 2) towards the new toll bridge. From Garza to 423, it looks like it's under construction. Any time table on completion?

We are obviously attracted to the peninsula, and the nearby lake. Plus, the houses have large lots which is much better than the postage stamps in Frisco.

Just pick the Frisco ISD for schools. Some of Little Elm is in the Frisco ISD.
