I went to Billy Joel last night at AAC and the whole Victory Park area was jammed with people and it seems many of them were not even going to the concert (they were still in the bars and restaurants when it began). There were literally small lines to get into most places and they weren't just keeping them waiting - a look through the windows revealed how full they were.

It is a development next to American Airlines Center (Dallas Stars and Dallas Mavericks) that has a hotel (The W), bars, shops, restaurants, condos, apartments, Channel 8 news broadcasts from there, etc.
