FYI, for any Dr Pepper addicts they serve DP in the can from Dublin . And be forewarned, their margarita's are KILLER. Two and you need a designated driver. Great outdoor patio area.
Casa Milagro - Restaurante Mexicano Richardson, Texas

It is VERY possible to find good Tex-Mex that is not covered in cheese sauce. I hardly ever get anything in cheese sauce. Hubby loves the verde sauces at most places (that is the green sauce). Find places that let you kind of "build your own" or have many house specialties like Casa Milagro, Luna de Noche and Chuys.
That is a good spot. It's close to work, so we eat there alot. Across the street on the SW corner of Plano/Campbell is the 'hole in the wall' place I mentioned where all the local gardeners eat....excellent food there. Not as swanky, but an older mexican gal in the back cooking up good grub.

Frisco is a very nice city. It has grown A LOT in the past ten years. It used to be a town of around 6,500 people and now it's getting close to 100,000! There is a ton of new housing developments out there and there is parts of Frisco where all you see is miles and miles of roof tops. There is also a lot of commercial development including StoneBriar Center Mall.
