Hi I am l looking to relocate to the Dallas area. I have a job in Dallas on LBJ and Luna. I currently live in a town of around 200k people and like the area. I want to find somewhere where the commute would be no more than 45 minutes with traffic. I would need to get work around 7:45 AM Monday - Friday. I have one child but no where close to school age so I do not have to worry about that yet. I would like to rent for a year for no more than 1600 a month. Any suggestions on city or area? I had thought about Irving because I have some family there but I am open to anything.

There are some townhomes in Coppell on MacArthur that are for lease. I"m not sure how much they are asking but it might be worth checking them out. Sorry I can't recall their name right now but I bet if you did a search you could find them.

I noticed your other thread... and Luna and LBJ are on the edge of Farmers Branch and Dallas. I think it depends on what corner you are on. The townhomes I mentioned are in Coppell but not far from Luna and LBJ.
