According to the Dallas Morning News, 1st quarter 2007, here is the percent change in the value of home sales (the amount the sale of the median home price went up or down 1st Q 2007):

Article in the Dallas Morning News this morning said Addison was thinking about creating its own school district. I guess it depends on how good it is to see what it does to home values. Or they may create a charter school. Course, that could go either way.
