What do you consider issues? The Greene sure seems to be doing just fine to me.

Issues? Town and Country has actually carved a nice niche in Kettering.

BW3 does very well, Trader Joe's is expanding, and Figlios is almost always crowded. A face lift and adding a national anchor would make it viable for years to come.

Not to mention the city of Kettering has more money than they know what to do with.

Good news. I also read Moraine may be getting another company. I will post if I can find it online.

I Supply is threatening to leave, though, which would be huge in a bad way.

Yep, even better is that it will bring 130 jobs on Gettysburg ave. Huge wins for Moraine and the region!

But yeah I Supply is a worry. Our economy despite the recent jobs gains isn't growing, and the possibility of Standard Register selling or moving is worry some. For people like me who want to be able to find a job in Dayton after college, any job losses make it infinitely harder for me to secure something in this area... Because experienced professionals will get these entry level jobs over me if more employers leave and push comes to shove.

They've had several move-outs recently

Yeah, and that has really hurt them so much. NOT. They will just replace them with others. I am not sure if you know this, but not every business in an economy is successful. I suggest you visit The Greene. If you do, you will see it has ZERO issues.

MacTown moved to the Dayton Mall, probably because the Apple store pushed them out. Likewise that little cell phone accessory place, I would assume.

That Crepe Place closed because the owner was moving to Japan... apparently Olshan has already secured a new tenant for the spot.

Adobe Gila's.... not sure why it closed suddenly?

Still, the Greene is doing well as a whole, they just put in another building for Nordstrom.
