What does it take for the city to shut down an establishment? Heat Nightclub, 2013, two homicides, after a string of violations and complaints. Cape Lounge, 2014, a shooting, but not fatal. Now Kricket's had a murder over the weekend and it has been nuisance abated until a judge decides whether to allow it to reopen or not

How about shutting down problem establishment before it even reaches the boiling point?

Wait, I'm making too much sense here. The city council here is a huge joke.

Dont know about the city counsel but do know they have had more than their fair share. Do believe the city and police are working to improve things.
