This is another reason why a new arena will, or at least should, be built at some point. The demand is there, but people don't want to sit in certain sections of the arena.

There's that, but there is a sort of nostalgia for the current arena. It creates quite an atmosphere and I think building a larger arena could possibly take that atmosphere away.

It could, but it is still needed. Like I have said, I have been going to games since I was born and I want a new arena. UD Arena is nice, but it just is missing things you need now to get new fans to go to games. UD's season ticket numbers would be bigger if there were seats people wanted to sit in. There are just certain sections that people we prefer to not have to sit in. I love the arena, but it is time for a new one.

Not in new arenas. Sure, you might want to be closer, but there aren't really any bad places to sit.
