This I'm ecstatic about. This would be an excellent venue and development to have in the area, and overall it's a great location and a great fit. I'm really hoping West Carrollton can pull it off!

Xenia making something useful out of their dead KMart is a good deal. Wonder what Fairborn can do with theirs on Dayton-Yellow Springs.

^That I do wonder. It'll be a tough property to re-position....


But then again, I have always thought a Jungle Jims or another international market would do killer business there.... be interesting to see. Jungle Jim's is great but people only want to drive so far for their groceries...
