Okay, so here is the deal...49 years old, I'm looking at the Towers for a studio overlooking the city scape , at least 10th floor or above....I'm getting this so I can have 2nd domain to be closer to elderly parents. I own a house in Georgia, but I know to have a place in an urban setting, would be great for me....now because it would be 2nd place, not really wanting to spend too god awful much monthly, because won't be there full-time for a little while I foresee.Ive talked to Kristin (apt. manager) a lot...she seems nice enough but I have read some negative reviews and really can't find many reviews at all...I've brought up the negative views to Kristi and she stated "simply not true". Can anyone tell me their opinion or true experience with them please? Thanks.

My cubemate at work lives there, IIRC the 6th floor or so. He hasn't had any complaints so far after living there for about a year. Most of the utilities are included in the price of the rent. Beyond that... I can't comment much? He's looking to move as the rent is prohibitively expensive and apartments can be had for far less elsewhere.

Have you checked out the Park Layne in Grafton? It's a bit cheaper and it has beautiful views in a quiet neighborhood. Plus it has good ratings: http://www.apartmentratings.com/oh/d...7222451145405/
