According to Allstate, Dayton (-13.6%), Akron (-10.0%) and Cleveland (-8.6%) have accident rates below the national average, but Cincinnati (+4.1%), Toldeo (+5.0%) and Columbus (+8.4%) have accident rates above the national average.
