Dayton - Jefferson Twp
Hi, looking at some properties online right now in Jefferson Twp, multi-acre properties, in preparation for a move later this year.
Just wanted to get the local scoop on that area, it is potentially desirable as it is close to where I will be working, but at the same time I don't want to move into a high-crime area either.
My kids are too young for schools right now, so that isn't an immediate concern but of course could potentially help down the road should I move again in a few years (likely).
