"Here's (I corrected your punctuation) your sign"? Meaning...?
btw, I sell Dayton as well.

What do you want to know about Huber? It's a quiet suburb: Affordable, convenient, and pleasant- 20 minutes from almost anywhere in Dayton. There is some shopping, some entertainment. Being close to the base, and affordable, it has some military influence.

The older subdivisions were built on the neighborhood within a neighborhood theory, so there are small parks tucked within walking distance for many of the homes, and the elementary schools remain nestled in the middle of neighborhoods, which creates a sense of ownership to the parks and schools.

There are some very active churches, and community based organizations in Huber Heights.

From a real estate stand point, you get a lot of house for the money, the homes are easy and affordable to maintain and upgrade. Brick is the building material of choice in SW Ohio, and Huber is famous for the ubiquitous post war brick ranch, which fell out of style in the 80's but is beginning to be revisited by Gen Y for the functionality and retro-hipness these homes provide.

What else do you want to know about Huber Heights?
