Default Need help living close to Troy, OH Dayton, Springfield Area

I'll be attending Hobart Welding School in Troy, OH after christmas. School is 9 months and we do not intend to rent. I own a large travel trailer I'm considering living in during that time. Where would be some areas close enough to commute to Troy that would allow my Trailer and have hookups? I have considered buying a small lot of land that has hookups already on it. I have also considered buying a mobile home to live in for the time and selling it after we leave. I'll be coming up before the move to scout everything out and get a more definite plan together and would appreciate some advice on where to look. I don't want to be much more than a 20 or 30 minute drive to school in the morning.
