700 Block of WHITMORE AVE /Dayton OH
Hi again, I made a previous post concerning a neighborhood in Dayton, however recevied the info too late to buy that house. I do however appreciate the responses. I have found another house in the 700 Block of Whitmore ave and if anyone knows what kind of area it is I would appreciate a response. I am a single male in mid 40s, so the school system would not apply.
Again any information would be greatly appreciated!

PS If it helps I grew up on the West Side of Columbus, if anyone can compare it to that, it would help.
