Info On Merrimac Avenue Needed
Hello Guys;
I'm interested in any info any one has in regard to Merrimac Ave 3000 Block;
I was offed a nice property at a great price, for an investment for lease purposes, but i'm from out of State, orig New York / Bronx and now Semi Retired in Missouri and was interested in any comment any one might have regarding said.
Is the neighborhood somewhat safe ?
Do i have to worry about tenants using it as a Crack House
Can i trust a Realtor to keep up with things in that neighborhood and me being in Missouri or will they be to scared to keep up with the place.
