lilfoxi is on a distinguished road
As a student in the mental health field, I would recommend a counselor/psychologist who is connected with a University (like UD or Wright State). Choosing one that is a good fit for you will depend on lots of things, like your insurance, your treatment preferences, how far you are willing to drive, etc. Also, it is probably in you best interest to look for someone who is licensed in their field. My grandmother can call herself a life coach with no training, but you have to have a license to be a psychologist. www.apa.com is a great site to help you find qualified professionals. Also, if you think you may need medication, you will want to see a psychiatrist for that.
