On a similar note - and for what it's worth - my Zillow "Zestimate" the other day was the first one that said my Dayton home's value has increased in over a year!! I know Zillow is not the be-all-end-all but I feel it's a fairly good trend-mapper.

There was a pretty good article in the DDN today about Dayton as a good center for distribution and warehousing (totaling up recent announced moves and expansions).
