Hey GB,

I didn't realize you had changed jobs. I know you will enjoy the new one. You'll still have folks to give your magazines to, right?

Is anyone following the "Help Me Salvage This Relationship" in the Parenting thread?

OMG! I am so hooked on it and am so interested in seeing how this all unfolds. It's a long thread and you can follow it by reading only the OP's posts.

It's a horrible situation. What a mess.

I didn't change the company I work for.... I got a new job description and location in the same building. It's just down the hall from where I WAS working. It's a promotion on paper, but not financially. It's the new 'how can we keep our employees happy without it costing us anything' program.

I have an appointment in the morning, so I thought I would check for any additional freebies tonight.

I'll be on SOMETIME tomorrow....just not sure when.

aww, Glory, you are such a sweetie. Thanks. Yeah, Wurzig hasn't been around for a while. And I sure hope TFW isn't in too much pain. She's going thru a lot, poor thing. I live w/ pain too, and so I can understand a bit what she's going thru.
Thanks for the welcome back, crazyworld!

My mom always put tooth picks in her cakes to transport them. Almost killed my dad once.
Yikes, camper! You sure live an interesting life.

the new 'how can we keep our employees happy without it costing us anything' program.... LOL. Congrats on the new position, Glory. Hope you like it. You work for a newsppr? It has been awfully hot lately, hasn't it? I had to break down & turn on the A/C, which I always hate to do. Cuz you know once you turn it on it's hard to shut off! But it was so nice and cool yesterday and last night, I was able to shut it off again, and just have the house fan on so we'd have air circulation. You're right, too--once the heat arrives, we usually don't go to the theme parks til after the summer heat is over. (Although, right now, we have no passes.)

We've been thinking about getting the special "pre-view" passes for LegoLand, though, did you see that special?

Purchase your 2012 LEGOLAND® ANNUAL PASS and receive 2011 for Free!. Buy your pass today and you will receive the fall of 2011 in addition to your year membership in 2012.

Guess I should post that, huh? OK, you talked me into it. LOL

Hey Glory, if we both decide to get passes, we should talk about meeting at LegoLand! It's a bit closer for me than Orlando, so it'd be sort'a like meeting half-way. I definitely want to meet you at some point, cuz I love that we're both here in FL.

OK, I've visited here long enough. Gotta go AAA.com and find a place to fix the van's oil leak, then I've got to get those taxes done. keep procrastinating cuz I hate anything to do with numbers. *sigh* And then I gotta pack, going away for the weekend. Too much to do and not enough time--the cry of Moms everywhere!
