With all the (bad) publicity Facebook has gotten lately - lousy security, personal info floating around, etc etc - -
Why oh why are companies still flocking to it? And wanting us to join Facebook so we can friend them and get samples? Who knows how many people can grab info from them?

I am feeling the same way, Gand. I joined one (I think it was Ritz Crackers or Reese's candy, I dunno), and then figured it out, (and left a post somewhere, but I forgot where), that once you become a friend, (I assume), those other friends of that friend can see your info..(that's the way it works on regular friends)...so I deleted my friendship, therefore won't be notified when they dish out a freebie..... (I block a lot of my info unless a person is my friend but I think their friends can see some of my info, not sure....)
I feel the same way also Gand! I think Facebook is a fad that will fade away as soon as the next 'cool' thing comes along. I'm surprised they aren't using SHOPTEXT more than they have. I'm with you, just let us deal with the main website and not all this other foolishness. The thought of asking me to be a "fan" of a product is just silly and doesn't sell any additional products.

Well.....Good Morning to everyone!!
I decided not to work so late last night and feel much better because of it. My paycheck may not feel better.....but for now my body is enjoying less stress. The problem with a commission job is that you always feel mentally pushed to work hour after hour out of sheer greed. I need to enjoy life a little more and get back to doing some fun stuff.
I have GOLFER"S ELBOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never even heard of it. Talk about inconvenient. I have to wear a brace on my wrist and hand to keep the wrist straight. I was just getting use to using the left arm again. Oh well , such is life.
Glory, you want a story of the day? My dog has turned into a vampire. She won't cross a threshold unless invited. It's the funniest thing ( but gets old real quick). If your going from room to room she will follow but stop at the entrance to the room and just sit there and whine until you say it's OK, come on in. Every- stinking- time. Over and over and over again.
That is odd about the dog. Did she get hurt or in trouble for crossing one lately?
I have a story too. I went to work and the building was on fire.

The AC is off and it's too hot to be in there unless you are in a job capacity where you HAVE to be there....so I went home. I'm not that important.
