Another free program I use just about every day (and is highly praised in the CD computer forum) is
CCleaner - Optimization and Cleaning - Free Download

It has kept all my computers through the years clean and running smooth. It cleans out all the files your computer gathers up while browsing, watching moves, watching music videos, playing games, etc.

Thanks for the ad-aware link Bob. I wasn't sure if I needed on with Firefox....do you happen to know? Perhaps I could ask the question at the CD computer forum. Sometimes, I'm just not sure what I need and don't need and hate to download duplicate programs.

Thanks so much, Bob! My PC has been running slower lately.
