Buy a Best Buy Gift Card in any amount (even .01). There are gift cards near the checkout called Techno Twinkle and they have a USB powered string of 20 mini lights to place around your computer or desk. The lights are just attached on the gift card. The lights change colors and have a large variety of patterns.

My son got one of these today when he was buying my oldest son a $25 gift card for Christmas. He sid the lights were only attached to the $25 gift cards and he didn't think to ask if they were available for a smaller gift card purchase.

I just spent close to $900 on a new computer there, and no one said a word to me about it....

They don't give them for making a purchase. It is a bonus when buying a gift card. I'm not sure how much each store has advertised it.
