What is pre-cooked pasta? I ordered a sample but, even after reading that page, I dont know what I'm going to get.
Did you notice the spelling of ADRESS and TELEPHON? Maybe pre-cooked doesnt mean to that company what it means to us.

As for pre-cook, I wonder if it is similar to a semi-cooked brown rice. It's about 1 cup in a bowl that is partially cooked plastic sealred, and it will be done after a few minutes in the microwave. Costco had them a while ago.
This page explains how they precook the pasta to either al dente to use as is or not al dente so you can continue to cook. They use some kind of gas to preserve it.
