I was having the same problem.

I sent it to my mom and she can register her machine and get freebies for registering.

I really can't complain. I have received 4 sample packs of the coffee plus the big sample of the hot chocolate.

It does say across the top of the site page in RED:

If you select more than the number of FREE 5-count samples allowed, you will be charged for them in your shopping cart.

Did anyone register? Maybe you need a product ID number. I don't have one of these coffee pots, but I'll give it a try.

UPDATE: ....sent the site an email. I'll see if they respond.

Did you get the hot chocolate samples awhile back? That was a 12 pack! I don't have a machine but hubby just adds it to hot water.

I don't think I saw that one. I have a box of Green Mountain hot chocolate. I love that stuff.
