Okay. I admit it. I'm a bit of a prepper. I know that freeze dried food gets a bad rap but I've checked out more than one company. I order a freeze dried item called "Breakfast Skillet" from one very good supplier. It is potatoes, scrambled eggs, sausage, onions, peppers, etc. and is wonderful. I just add 1.5 cups of boiling water to the pack, stir, zip up the package and wait for 10 minutes. I dip out the goodies into flour tortillas, add some salsa, wrap 'em up and I'm ready to chow down. It is a quick, healthy, tasty meal.
There are some very good freeze-dried foods out there. Yum. I'll be happy to try out the goodies at the link that Bob supplied. Thanks, Bob.
