I bought a Kindle Unlimited 2 yr membership on Prime Day two years ago
It expires end of July this year
The only deal I see for a new Kindle Unlimited membership is a 3 month free available to Prime Members listed on Tom’s Guide—
But when I use the link and go to Amazon there is nothing about a free 3 month discount

If I cancel my current membership that ends in July will I see the 3 month free to extend my Unlimited?
I use it a lot and get my money’s worth
I can read a book a day if I find a series or author I enjoy—goes in spurts at times
But when books can cost over 15$ for an e-version I think it is value for the money even if the writers usually are not the top name ones....

I would go to this page and click on Call Me. They'll call you back right away and should be able to answer your questions.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/contact-us

I also found this deal that expires at the end of July and offers three months at no charge:

https://www.amazon.com/kindle-dbs/hz...3-9b3e4e947696

Could that be the one referenced in Tom's Guide?

You might also call your local library because they have books you can check out and download onto your kindle. Best sellers often have a waiting list, but they have a large selection of books to read while you wait for the best sellers.

I just saw an offer for a discount on KU renewal. If you renew for 2 years, it's a 40% discount. I went ahead and renewed for 2 years since I use it a lot. I definitely get my money's worth out of it. I think it runs through 7/30 but please double check as I could be wrong.
