I have been shopping Black Fridays for several years now and I always end up not buying a dang thing... is it me? I don't see "deals" anywhere... the few deals they do have are mostly stuff nobody really buys... most of the stuff that I would be willing to buy aren't even better than discount prices that I can find any time of the year... Its always disappointing... most of the items are not discounted.. the doorbusters aren't even worth my while... but then I see people carrying big bags all around paying FULL RETAIL price... lining up at cash registers forking over money for FULL RETAIL price.. are most American shoppers idiots? Where are the deals that most people will buy?
I didn't really need to buy very much. I always pick up a few food gifts for office sharing. I did some shopping for items for myself! the best shopping ever. They had some really excellent prices at Carson, Pirie Scott today. If you shopped before 1 p.m. there were tons of things that were 60% off. I did quite a bit of my shopping for my family online..kids video games, some items from NFLShop.com and best buy! The crowds at Carsons were unbelievable. I don't think I have ever seen that many people shopping at that store ever!
