I love using coupons but I find that I don't have to many right now. I heard there are places on line that you can print them. Do all stores take printed ones? Any good tips. We are all going to have to save as much as we can

You'll have to check with your stores - I've found that most take printed cents off coupons - but None will take FREE coupons anymore (so many folks were committing fraud apparently). I agree, the manufacturers really need to ramp up the issuance of coupons again if they want to keep selling their products. I am annoyed though that some manufacturer's want us (the consumer) to print coupons - using OUR ink, paper, etc.

I have seen more than one story this week where people save so much with coupons. I have as well but in the Sunday paper there isn't that many. They say to buy more than one Sunday paper. Some stores don't even double anymore just on some days.

Go to Hot Coupon World to find the listing of printable coupons, weekly store deals, etc. It is a great message forum and you can ask questions about getting started using coupons.

You have to check your area stores to see if they take printable coupons. The coupons aren't "hot" as in stolen, LOL.

MichiganMom...you'll need to make a list of local stores. If you live in a small town, make a list of the stores in the next biggest city. Call each and ask:

1. If they accept coupons
2. If they double. If they do, up to how much? .50 or $1 or more.
3. If they accept internet printed coupons that include a BAR CODE from a manufacturer website.

You need to learn how to CVS and shop at Walgreens and possibly RiteAid (I'm not so familiar with RiteAid).

MoneySavingMom.com is a great site for seeing what is on sale for the coming week at many stores. Money Saving Mom

I buy 4 Sunday papers each week. I happen to live in an area of MI where I can get the Toledo Blade. That Sunday paper has the BEST coupons in it even over the Freep and DetNews.

also check other manufacturer websites. All of these sites update their coupons with new ones on the 1st of every month. If you're looking for a particular item, do a google search, you may find a coupon for it.
