I didn't order one last time they offered it because I wasn't sure what it was. I'm not sure now either. What IS it? Like if you get a double roll....the round holder still twirls or what?

The part that goes inside the cardboard tube. It's made of cloudy-white plastic, with little extender-like arms that will hold the roll further away from the wall, so the bigger rolls will roll.

And it doesn't fall out of the part that's attached to the wall either, it's a tight fit. My cat is still trying to knock it loose

I have two. I got one whine Charmin was attaching them to the packages and then i ordered this one. I think it was one of my first "freebies"!
