If you check the entire list, there is a publication that is called something like Carl gets cleaned or something like that, and it is a coloring book. That can be ordered hard copy, and there is also a bookmark you can order via mail.

Leave it to the government to create pages and pages of data that just inhibit a person from getting done what they are endeavoring to accomplish. It took me nearly 20 minutes to figure out how to order and to find what can be ordered. Very UN-user-friendly format!!

But at least I've got the coloring book and bookmark on their way for my daughter!

Ok, go here:

Online Publication Title List | NSCEP | US EPA (http://nepis.epa.gov/EPA/html/Pubs/pubtitleOAR.htm - broken link)

About 1/4 of the way down, you have:

Document Display | NSCEP | US EPA

That's Carl the story/coloring book.

Document Display | NSCEP | US EPA

That's the book marks.

I hope the links work for anyone who's interested!

The site is actually quite interesting - thanks! If I had more time, I might peruse it more closely...

Finally got to the coloring book but gave up on the rest--too time consuming!

Bookmarked the coloring book and will print at my convenience
