After I filled it out, it came up to an advertisement page for something else. Not sure what that was about.
Right above the big red letters "Your Order is Not Complete" is a statement.
"Thank you. You will receive your free keychain shortly."
I saw the statement, but as I said it may not be legit - who knows? If I get the keychain, then I will know that it was legit.
