That gives me an idea of one more service I can provide to shut-ins when I'm well enough to drive again. I had already planned to run errands for those who are too old or too ill to drive...getting groceries and prescriptions and taking their pets to the vet, etc. I can also bring them those already-mixed margarita bags! I'll be the most popular volunteer of all!

Well, I did get some kid fridge magnets from the Public Pals program. They haven't sent in quite awhile. The magnets were of good quality and my grandson really liked them.
Nothing fun for me though.....................

I didn't order the Swiffers, but would've liked to get one. TFW, that's really cool that you volunteer. I often think of doing somethuing like that, but I never know day-to-day how I'm gonna feel, so I don't want to let anyone down.
I didn't get the coupon for the free yogurt,and I know I asked for one of those. Maybe tomorrow...

I didn't get anything, but my daughter got 8 pints of ice cream from Mom's Ambassador. It's called La Loos and there is a mixture of flavors. Good thing we didn't just go shopping or there would be no freezer space. I wish we could give some to my dad for Father's Day.....but no way to get it there without it melting. I would be more excited because it's a GREAT freebie, but I have to be so careful with any milk products.
Today I got the free qt of paint! Figured they'd just send a coupon for it, since it has to come from fed ex-or ups-don't know which one brought it, I was getting up off the floor during part of my workout and just as I told that instructor on the television to SLOW DOWN, I heard my screen door close on the front door!
