TFW started out with one free magazine and now gets something like 35.
Maybe you'll be able to control your magazine ordering a little better.
Hey! I love my freebie magazines! In fact, I was paying for many of them before I found this forum.
My very favorite freebies are Atlantic, Discover, Family Handyman, Ladies Home Journal, Reader's Digest, This Old House, Time, Women's Day, Family Circle, Newsweek and Better Homes & Gardens.
And I also enjoy All You, Watch, Fitness, Arthritis Today, Redbook, My Home My Style (a replacement for another freebie that went under), Budget Travel, Prevention, Popular Mechanics, First for Women, Good Housekeeping, Real Simple, Martha Stewart Living, Backpacker, Living the Country Life, Health, Whole Living, National Geographic, Smithsonian, Entertainment Weekly, Back Yard Living, Sunset, Islands, Garden Design and Birds & Blooms.
I wont try to renew some of the magazines (like Life Extension, Bloomberg, Town & Country, Entrepreneur and Computer World) after the freebie subscription runs out.
And there are a few that I enjoy but wouldnt pay for a subscription (like Car & Driver, Road & Track and Field & Stream).
But there are some that I never would have read without getting them as freebies and now I'm so fond of them that I'll pay, if necessary, to renew (like Midwest Living and Coastal Living).
Wow. I think that's even more than 35. There are other magazines that I know I'm leaving out, but I cant recall all the freebie subscriptions I'm getting these days. And I wouldnt be getting any of them (not for free, anyway) without this wonderful forum -- and without Glory's and Bob's posts.
I got the Kashi bar yesterday and agree that it's delicious.
I also placed an order with Target and got a nice batch of freebies with that: some men's goodies (like AXE deodorant) and a generous-size sample of Suave Dry Shampoo, among others. I like the Suave Dry Shampoo but it has a strong citrus scent that doesnt go away (and I like citrus scents but not this strong) -- so I wont be buying it.
Google's Chrome browser does this as well. I just ordered the Blue Goo from another thread in less than 2 minutes.
I didn't know Google Chrome had it's own form filler. I'll have to add it
to the list. My kids use Chrome.....I still use Firefox. They said Chrome was faster.

Your kids are right. I was on FF but one of my computers got buggy with something that FF knows about but never fixed, and every "entry" action, such as putting in a password, or posting here, had a 2-3 second delay. I switched to Chrome and have been happy with it. Much faster.

Maybe I'll give it a shot. I just hate giving up my FF personas.........
