I joined the YMCA, much cheaper than Curves! When I get a job, I'm going to cancel my membership at the Y that I belong to, and join a larger one that has more to offer. I only pay $10.75 per month, and that's all I can afford right now.
Generally, Curves will let you have two free visits before signing up. That has been my experience with it.
I love Curves. They want you to come exercise no more than 3 times a week and the music is very cool. A complete round on all the machines takes about 30 minutes. Only a couple of the machines are tough for me and those are the ones that focus on my problem areas.
I looked into Curves, and it didn't appeal to me. It's also more expensive than my Y. Mine offers step aerobics, zumba, cardio kickboxing and other types of exercise. It also offers yoga, which I took for six months, but the instructor runs off all the new people. He likes his advanced students.
It'll take more than a week to get rid of my curves.
Same here. I need Heidie Montag's doctor.
