I just tried, and was told that they're not giving any bags away at this time. I guess they're all gone.
They only give out 100 of them each day.....up to 4000 or something. Try again tomorrow as early as possible unless you stay up till midnight and try then.

They start at 9:00amPDT, and I'm in CA. I tried at 9 and at noon with no luck.
