I have been reseaarching the county school districts; and Magnolia seems to be within the Caesar Rodney District, which seemed rather urban in size to me. I personally am looking to give up a bit of convenience for some peace and tranquility. I want someplace where we can all ride our bikes to the park and not risk being run over.

Magnolia is a beautiful small town! You can easily find your peace there; it's basically just a wide spot in the road. Many back roads for bike riding in the area... and when they say 25 MPH, they mean it.

Default Outside Magnolia

You could outside of Magnolia towards the Bowers Beach area. That school district I believe is Lake Forest. Check it out!

In today's News Journal, there are advertisements for two new housing developments. one is The Reserve at Chestnur Ridge, and pricing starts in the mid 200's. There is also Barrett Farm and they are advertising a free sunroom for the first 10 buyers. I don't think they have opened their model yet. If you are new to Delaware, sun rooms are a big deal--just like Florida rooms. Anyway, The Reserve is Gemcraft Homes and Barrett Farm is Zeccola Builders. Zeccola also has two other developments in Clayton, DE.
