Are there any left? I love photographing old grist mills. I'll be going to Dover next month for the race and would love to find some while I'm there. I tried doing a search but didn't have much luck. Any ideas? Thanks!

You're Welcome! Here's another Delaware landmarks: Turn of the wheel near Seaford | delawareonline.com | The News Journal
When you come to the Dover Downs Race, head south on Rt. 13 to Seaford. Hearn's Pond is clearly marked on the map, and is on the West side of Rt. 13 before you get to Seaford. Travel time from Dover is about 40 minutes. This is a good one.......More coming.

(we're big fans of 24! )

Continued: Abbotts Mill, near Milford. Again, about 40 minutes from Dover

Many thanks RDLR, I truely appreciate it! I'll start researching them now. I'll be staying south of the track somewhere so that should be in my favor. I've gotten a good start on mills, both grist and textile mills here in NC and I want to expand my search area. Getting some good shots of some mills AND seeing the 24 car in victory lane would be a super weekend!

You're quite welcome! We live a couple blocks from the mill I mentioned in the private message.

Last weekend - not too good for another favorite of ours. We haven't quite recovered from Jimmie's mishap with Montoya yet.

Good luck with the mills! And, happy racin' !
