Masseys landing long neck de
Im from new jersey and was looking at a few places in masseys in long neck. Love the area and great place for family gatherings and vacations with the kids. The only problem was that i dont think they do background checks on residents because when looking further into the community and reading a paper back in june 2010 there is a resident that lives there that got arrested for stabbing his son. As my wife and i looked further into it he still lives there and the park took no action into removing him. i have looked at many other parks in the area and they all do background checks and said they would never allow that. After reading the article he lives on jasper view lane and if i was you i would be carefull and do major research before looking at houses there. We all want a nice place to vacation and bring our kids and not be harmed in anyway.

Coming from New Jersey, I'm thinking crime is not new to you. Bad things happen, not only in Delaware. You're in the driver's seat. If the community doesn't 'look right' don't move there.
