Interesting that your screen name for the forum is the same as one of the states you're considering. The weather will be different than CT, unless you go into the higher elevations, the landscape is desert-like. However, there is no state income tax. But I agree with Elizamary - do your research. This forum is an excellent resource and a great bunch of people.

I think I've been very lucky in finding this forum before my actual move. I feel like I actually already have friends in Delaware and I'm not even there yet.

Eliza,
Where Pigs Fly is one of three restaurants that we know we will visit for sure the next time we're there. Countrie Eaterie and Smyrna Diner are the other two.
We also want to check out Texas Roadhouse based on your recommendation.

All riiiiiiiiiight! Would love to meet you, too, and Bill, Eliza. We did have dinner at Where Pigs Fly and it was great. The bread ( my downfall)...mmmmm. We can have a Get Together! Charley and wife.....who else...but guess we need a date! We were thinking about the weekend of October 19th or the weekend of November 2nd? Either is good for us!
