Yes! Many - Many - Many! Coming from a 160 acre farm, I can relate to your request.

Look for 1/4 or 1/2 acre lots, or so. Those type properties can be found way out in the country, but also can be found along well traveled roads, sometimes near entrances to subdivisions. But, yes, there are many.

I assume you are familiar with Maryland's Eastern Shore. Most of Kent and Sussex Counties are just like that. It's only down at the beaches where it gets a little congested.
