Default Sussex County Property Taxes - The Answers

Here's a link which leads you to all the answers to your property tax questions in regard to Sussex County, and there are also answers to many more Sussex County questions you might have.

1) Click this link, and in the left column select 'Property Tax Information'
Sussex County, Delaware - Online Services

2) Click 'Search for Tax Records'

3) Click "Billing"

4) Enter an address, or property owner's name. Or, enter a street name and many tax bills will come up for a specific street or road.

Follow the prompts. In the left column, there will be various selections. You can find information on school tax rates and tax assistance programs, such as the over 65 years of age reduction in school taxes. Select Faq's for answers to many other questions. There's a wealth of information here.

Oh, you're welcome!
I thought it would make better sense to start county tax threads, vs. wading through other threads for answers on Delaware's property tax structure.

Ooops ... I didn't see this before I answered your thread regarding New Castle, and posted a bunch of instructions for Sussex there.
