Default Nice places to live??

Hello all. My wife and I are looking to get out of NY. Delaware is a place we want to look at. Some suggestions wouls be appreciated. We would like to within 15 minutes or so from the ocean. Not to overcrowded and a somewhat established area that is not rundown but has some charm. We will be renting at first $1300ish 2-3 bedrooms. I work at home so commute is not an issue. We eventually will be buying $275-325K...Pleas give us some ideas of towns to look at we will be heading down the weekend of 9/17-18...Lastly can I get an idea on realestate taxes and are my price-ranges realistic?? Thanks in advance....

Check Milford. It's an established larger town but you're doing the right thing by renting. Prices are headed down in a very big way in Sussex and Kent Counties. Realtors will not tell you the truth about this fact.
