When you talk about ways to increase some of the Rehoboth dollar into Lewes which I believe was the raised in the thread, lower CMLF toll would benefit the locals and vactioners alike.

Gray, you lost me. What does the CMLF have to do with this? One is from Jersey to De. The other is from one part of one town to the next town. Where does lowering the cost of the ferry come into play? About he only connection I see is that both travel on water. Did you read that as a result of the expansion the fee on CMLF would be lowered?
