Hi Joyce
Wild Meadows is a lovely community with warm loving people. I spoke with one woman yesterday who is single and told me she had a great support group in the community. My parents lived in the community and are now deceased. Moderator cut: ..

Default Back From Delaware

Hi joyce,

I was in W/M the same weekend. I was invited to the block party. I even had a hot dog.
The residents of the community seem very warm and welcoming. Did you see the house across from the club house? It was too big for us, but a great price.

Rob

Haven't seen joyce for a long time.

Hi Elizamary,
Thanks for the reply.
I am new at this. I thought JoyceM was at the Meadows the same weekend we were. We are planning on another trip in a few weeks and was thinking if JoyceM or Charely were down there we could meet for lunch and he could assist us with our search for a home. He seems to knows the area so well.

Rob

Hello Again Elizamary,
My wife and I are living in NY and plan of relocating. We are considering Delaware. We didn’t like Southern Meadows. We thought the houses and the people were much nicer in Wild Meadows. We might consider a house that is not land leased.

Regards,

Rob

house123, hello... I recently heard from Charley and JoycieM. There are several CD posters from the past who are very interested in a new community called Roesville. We are not in a +55 community ourselves but took a look at this one and it has quite a lot to offer. Might be worth a look when you come into town as the models are now open and it is located in Felton, DE. If you google Roesville, it will get you to their contact information. Good luck...

Thanks, Fenton has been mentioned twice to me, so I guess it's worth a look. We will be down on 10/25/08 and will check it out. Thanks for the heads up.
