Thanks Rockky,
I found it, read it twice, and didn't understand it. So I went back for a third try and read it again. It's very technical and deals in areas that I just don't understand.
What I did determine was that it appears this guy is a whistle-blower and is warning that Dupont has done something (or not done something) very wrong. Was it investigated by anyone? Was it determined that he was right? If so, has anything been done about it? And by the way ... where are Hay Road and Cherry Island?
I think I'm going to leave this one for those with the expertise to understand it. When they start talking about 2,3,7,8 TCDD ... I start walking 1,2,3 to the door
Charley,
who is clearly not a rocket scientist (and I don't even play on one TV)

Charley, I can't provide any updates on the status of this particular situation. I can get *some* info, but nothing on this one.
Hay Road is north of Wilmington...between Rt. 495 and the Delaware River. Heavy industry.
Cherry Island is the New Castle Co. dump. Each of the three counties have their own dump managed by the state....DE Solid Waste Authority. Sandtown in Kent. One near Hardscrapple in Sussex.
You can Google Hay Rd. and Cherry Island, and go to satellite view. It's not pretty.

LOL! Honest, eliza....I'm not the 'on topic cop' here.
I have to leave for a hair appt., but I'll try to get back to ya about directions later. It looks as if you could just stay on Rt. 1 north. It turns into the old Rt. 13 into Wilmington. I dislike driving 95 and avoid it whenever I can. You will have stop and go stuff up thru New Castle and into Wilmington and will need to allow time.
It also looks like 13 turns into a one way. You may need to doodle-le-opps around. Take a look at the Google map of 100 S. French St. Wilmington, DE. Looks like you could also jump over on Rt 9, bear to the left on E. 4th St., and back down S. Market St. which is Rt 13.
I should warn you. I get lost in Wilmington as well.

Lord...........This is what I was afraid of. All the doodle le opps.
Is it possible to take rt 13 all the way up? Also, we saw a SEPTA off of 495 but not sure which way to turn? Tried that once and got lost.

OK...eliza....try this....
Up 95...get off at Exit 6 just beyond the Blue Rocks Stadium...near the outlets....at end of ramp, turn right on to Maryland Ave.
Go to Rt. 48, Martin Luther King Blvd. .....take a right on to MLK Blvd.
Go straight...it will take you to the station.
Hope that gets you closer if you look at a map.
Here's a pic and other info:

peeweeaz - That just means your brain out grew your skull. The hair just had to go to make more room.
btw, I have no idea if maybe, back some time ago, I did say something about not increasing the sales tax. It brings a lot of shoppers to the state, and the taxes really are there. It's just incorporated in the price of the goods since the retailer pays it.
Frankly, I don't think prices are that much higher in DE. Especially for the big box stores. They advertise about the same prices in a region...JMHO. May as well buy your computer or TV in DE as in PA. Certainly better than MD...they tax *everything*..food/clothes at 5%. PA exempts what they consider to be necessities. The rest is taxed at 6%.
