insight builders (short sale, foreclosure, new construction)

Any info that people have on this builder would be appreciated, considering using them. And if you have used them do they usually get the full selling price.

When I saw the title of this thread, I thought it was more along the lines of "Where id was, there shall ego be".

When we were toying with the idea of new construction both Insight and Schell Bros where said to have great reputations for quality building. No further experience/insight however since we decided to go with a resale.

Pdf54; most builders are at bottom line. It depends on land costs and what community. If you are looking for something for nothing then go with a foreclosure or short sale. However, you never know what your are getting and it may take forever.

Bottom Line, it never hurts to ask but don't get discouraged if the answer is NO.
