Here is my question and I tried asking my accountant and he was not sure too.

I live in Collegeville, PA (Lower Providence township). I just took up a job in Wilmington, DE. Delware taxes is 5.95% and 1.25% city tax. Now what happens for the taxes in PA. PA taxes is 3.07 and another 1% local tax. So do I just pay 5.95%+1.25% in Delaware and since this higher Do I not pay any thing PA? or will there be any refund from Delaware and I pay PA taxes.

Also, I own my house in PA, so when filing taxes do I need to file out of state Delaware and in-state PA. Will delaware allow me to make deductions for my interest etc?

appreciate any help.
