Couldn't find the other thread which list the ratings on places to dine in De
so I thought I would start another thread.
I'm sure there are new places on the map since the last thread was started.

Rudy's in Harrington is a wonderful place to dine for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The menu is amazing........
The food yummy
and the portions are gadzilla.

Ladies of Southern Meadow Did Lunch today at Rudy's. We had 24 happy ladies and all were very impressed with Rudy's.

Interesting in hearing about other places too

PS.....we tried Sambo's the other month and it was very very good.

We like Rudys, too! Look for discount coupons in the Dover Post. Never had a bad meal there! Great food and service at reasonable prices.

Main Street Market, in Smyrna, is a big favorite of ours, and we've patronized them for 40 years. Before, it was more like a deli, but now....it's lunch, dinner, snacks etc. It's a small place, so for large groups it wouldn't suit. Their food is all homemade. Click the Promotions Link, and also the Specials Link. Menu is not on there yet. Besides having nice lunches there, I rely on them for all my catering needs. I'm always proud to serve their dishes, and never worry that it won't be good.

Countrie Eatery in Dover is a favorite for some, although it's never been ours. We gave it another try last week for lunch and were not happy campers. And, I wonder why they don't play up that location on Silver Lake? Nothing but weeds to look at through their windows. A little landscaping on their property would sure improve the lake view. When it was the Blue Coat Inn Pancake House, we loved it.

Thanks for the tip on discount coupons. We are going back in another 2 weeks with the hubbys and will surely look for discount coupons.
