I have convinced my husband that Delaware will be the best place to move to. We currently live in southern NJ. The taxes here are very high here. We are paying around ten thousand a year for a 3200sqt house. He has agreed for us to move with the option of buying a house with lots of land(at least 4-5 acres). I have been going on line and looking at places like Middletown. We can even buy a farmland and build our own home as long as it has ample land. We do not want to live in subdivisions. What areas of Middletown can I find land for reasonable price? This will be be considered our final move. My huaband is 62 ans I am 56.
